  25. Exactly where are you getting an A3000 with any sort of capabilities
  26. of using lightwave for $350, that I've gotta see to believe. Of
  27. course, we were comparing things to the speed of an a4000, NOT an
  28. A3000, might want to make that 40x faster rendering than the A3000
  29. (and a whopping 320x faster rendering for the Raptor 3, which would
  30. render in a little over a day what the A3000 would in a year).

  34. Funny, I don't remember lightwave having a "render to Opalvision"
  35. output option, unless they added it to the 4.0 Amiga version. You
  36. certainly aren't doing any sort of animation display with it though...

  40. Absolutely nothing, I was simply pointing out that you get one thrown
  41. in and still have a lot of extra cash left in your pocket compared to
  42. the A4000. Unless of course you NEED the CD-ROM for your lightwave CD,
  43. your textures CD, you objects CDs, etc...
